4PM - Check-in

• Meet at church to load vehicles between 4-6pm

7PM - Arrive to destination at about 7pm, if all present, prayer circle prior to
inspecting, take photos (to ensure all is placed back in order), assigning rooms, and unloading vehicles

• Go over ground rules and Agenda for that weekend

• Women will take care of setting up in the rooms will prepare sandwiches, hot chocolate, and coffee for evening meal

• [Ovis, Jason and Anthony C] will prepare firepit for evening gathering and smores.

• [Anthony B, Ben and Miguel] will setup instrument and sound system.

• [Vivi and Nivia] will clean up kitchen

5:45AM – Wakeup call and gathering for prayer (worship and media ministry)

6:45AM – Word reflection [Ben] and morning worship [Anthony]

7:30AM – [Abdaliz, Johanna, Nivia] breakfast prep. (Pancake, eggs, bacon, sausage / salami, fruit, orange juice, coffee)

• Kitchen cleaning [Milagros, Anthony B]

• Table and trash clean up – [Girls and Youth]

9:30AM – Family Morning Service [Johanna] reflection [Jason]

10 – 11:45AM – Breakout Sessions

• [Vivi, Nivia] – Will be with the girls and young children

• [Jason] – Will be with the Youth

• [Miguel] – Will be with Worship and Media ministry

11:45AM-12:50PM – Lunch – [Jason, Anthony B and Ben]. (Hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage with chips) and clean grill

• Trash – [Youth]

1PM - 3PM – Family Time (Walk, talk, play and spent time with your loved ones) single people, you are part of all our family so you will either join one of us or come together amongst yourselves.

9:10PM – 10:30PM – Testimony / Nightly Prayer
